Refining volatility; Ampol and Viva have an OPEC plus-sized challenge

Merlon Capital's Ben Goodwin says OPEC and its allies left the oil market hanging earlier in the week when they indefinitely postponed talks to resolve a disagreement over production curbs... Ben says they won't totally implode, but don't stop expecting the unexpected. The hit for local refiners is uncertain as local demand ramps back up just as delta does, Ampol and Viva energy both in the firing line.
